"This was my second visit to this hotel due to my previous experience and this year certainly lived up to expectations. My room was located at the back of the hotel overlooking the garden which was a nice view in the mornings. The room was spacious with ample storage, had comfortable furnishings and was kept in top condition by the housekeeping staff. All the staff from reception to housekeeping were polite, friendly and thoroughly professional. A special mention to the breakfast staff who were kept busy but despite this were always polite and friendly and ensured there was always enough food available. This hotel is situated just a short underground or bus trip from the city centre and public transport is literally right on the doorstep. "
