"Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel in the old town of Nafplio. We were able to drive up to the hotel to unload our luggage and then parked in the port. Walking distance to everything you want. The breakfast is spectacular and the owners and staff are friendly and very helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough. Just be aware that there is no elevator and there is a flight of steps up to the room. Not an issue for us, we loved the Aetoma."

"We absolutely loved our stay in Nafplio at the Castellanos. What a wonderful town! The staff were exceptionally wonderfully and helpful. The place was clean, great views from all the rooms. "Excellent property & great location! Reception staff appeared to have too much to do, maybe have more than 1 staff on duty at busy times. Breakfast at Wild Duck was superb & staff were extremely responsive & assisted in getting us out for an early tour! Bathroom lighting could be redesigned to be brighter & more functional. Highly recommend!!"

"Location is amazing - you can see the fortress from the windows, and it's a nice quiet part of the old town. Easy to walk to lots of restaurants and to the sites in the old town. Nikos is very nice and responsive - he is the best part of the stay. Only stairs - no elevator, and could be a little cleaner. The hotel itself is a little older and in need of some renovations, but is fine for a night or two for the price. "

"I like the stay ! The room is large for three people and the facility is nice! We stayed at the zeroth floor so no elevator is needed. The one downside I could mention is parking. It's not easy to find parking there. You got to go to the backside near where the cannons are. "

"Excellent location though noisy outside due to being on busy street. Individual pool was nice but unheated so not useful even in early October - water does not heat up with sunshine because sun does not hit pool enough during day."

"Staying within the old town is really interesting. The hotel has warned us in advance about having to park a little bit away and walk in with the bags, so suggest you consider consolidating into an overnight bag. But the room we were in was spacious and artistically decorated. Beautiful breakfast and they seem to have a relationship with the restaurant next door"
