"Inside the building was quiet, no loud parties etc. However, my apartment was facing a street with a very busy and loud traffic of garbage trucks, cement trucks etc. during weekdays and it was rather tiring. Another inconveniene was that the aparment was facing south and was very hot during a day. If I knew all that I would choose an apartment away from the noisy street and facing north or east. "

You don't hear any neighbours, people walking in the corridors or loud cars. Its just a place that you would normally live in. "We arrived early in the morning and property management allowed us to check in right away since the apartment was ready. Really appreciate it! Directions and instructions to access were communicated ahead of time and were very clear. The apartment itself was super clean and cozy with all necessary utensils in place. Well, except only a bottle opener :) Grocery stores and bus stations are next to the building. Wonderful place for both short and extended stay. "

"This was a total disappointment. We rented this unit only to arrive on a long trip from the USA to find it had been double booked. The owner never answered ny phone calls from us or Expedia. He did send an email later that night to let us know it had been double booked. I do not understand why Expedia allows him to remain on their site, to make matters worse we are still trying to get our money back, which apparently he must approve. We may be going to court in DC, who will show up I wonder? "

"Great value for money for a brand new 1 bedroom apartment rental, however be prepared to travel across the city to pick up the keys. It's half an hour drive from the airport and from the apartment, so overall over an hour wasted on being stuck in traffic to pick up the keys and of course pricey taxi ride both ways. But the apartment is nice, cozy and modern and has good utilities. "
