"We have stayed here many many times and have been very happy; but recently we have noticed that the bathrooms need a major overhaul! Showers are leaking, water running out of the shower doors, and flooding the floors. Hot and cold water knobs are all loose! Some bathrooms are so small that you can barely move in them."

He went above and beyond to my inquiries when I called him at 4:00 in the morning when he was at his house to check if I had left my phone at the hotel when I checked out. Also, his staff, Gurkan, was helping me track my phone, and we found that I had left it in the taxi. He managed to communicate with the taxi driver to get it...

"Absolutely lovely property! And the most amazing hospitality I have seen at a hotel. obviously this is a historic hotel, and it is very well taken care- has a luxury feel. I really appreciated the warm, “good mornings, have a nice day, welcome back” from the hotel staff. Selim especially went above and beyond! everything is perfect. Lovely views of the Bosphorous river nice location lots of good dining options. Staff polished your room twice a day. Everything was just so so perfect. I absolutely recommend this is a wonderful hotel. "
