"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! "

"First of all it’s says on your website it is a hotel which is not there it is apartment building with date common areas There is no staff who can take my luggage there was no restaurant, no coffee shop, no tea or coffee in the room, no fridge in the room no hair dryer there is a long list which is missing Not happy at all Plus I couldn’t leave that place because it was 2am"

"Perfect for the start of our holiday. Large apartment with everything needed to prepare own meals (we didn’t as eating out is very inexpensive) and close to a large supermarket. "Property was clean in general, but needs to be maintained. Cupboard was broken, furniture was stained, pool area needs some love too, not inviting at all. Breakfast was generally ok when it arrived on time. Communication online was good but face to face was difficult and we speak the language. Would I stay in this apartment again the answer would be no."

Mr Asangha Perera and his team at the admin desk were very capable and attentive . He was in touch with us few days before our arrival , and since we were arriving late , took an order and made sure our dinner was delivered on our arrival . "

"Great to be met at the airport by the owner, no stress about finding the place, friendly chat. Room was disappointing noticed the smell of cigarette smoke on walking in and never got away from it. I booked a NON smoking room. Location quite central, despite the high level still heard all the horns and caught the sunrise as there were no block-out curtains. "One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management by owner and totally irresponsible behaviour. Please don't waste your money by looking at beautiful pics of the villa. Save your money for better stay. Even worst hotels will give better...

"We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay. The appartment was very neat and clean as well as secure with all facilities including stat of the art swimming pool. The owner Mr. Don was very helpful and supportive and assist us in all manners. The only drawback is you probably unable to go outside without necessary security access that can be granted during morning time."

One night stay in Colombo before flight

"Stay itself was great and for leisure travelers is perfect for mid tier hotels. Infinity pool and incredibly comfortable room. Personally i thought the breakfast and gym was poor, however i had come from the Hilton so in fairness for half the price this plsce is probably better value for a normal person. Plus a normal person would appreciate bscon and eggs moresk than myself. Do recommend hotel for those wanting a luxury room at a great price, personally i wouldn’t stay again unless i planned in advance to avoid the breakfast and not go to the gym"

"Staff was very kind to me and always helping when needed. I really appreciate their helpfulness. They gave us everything we needed and asked and I have never experienced such a hospitality in my life. I really appreciate especially the nightshift of the hotel and the night time manager. Day time staff was also superiour and always making sure everything is ok."
