"Great hotel, great and helpful staff, very clean and has a really nice feel to it! Loved the pool area and the beach and the whole hotel so so well maintained. The vilas were beautiful and staff kept coming to give us free water and were so prompt with their service. Language is a bit of an issue in Vietnam but no complaints from the hotel, loved our stay! "Novotel is definitely a great resort for families. It has a ton of amentities including a weekly activity schedule that has something for everyone. Free bicycles, tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Always something to do if you'd prefer to stay on resort grounds. The staff are very friendly and are quick to help. "The rooms were nice and clean as was the hotel in general. I think overall the hotel itself too many rooms for the facilities provided, you have to queue for breakfast and wait for available tables, there are not enough sun beds etc. Everything in the hotel was quite expensive comparable to outside the hotel would recommend eating elsewhere. "This was our first time staying in Aquasun and we found it to be a nice clean hotel within a close distance to both the beach and the main shops and restaurants. The morning buffet was varied and tasty and the sea views from the rooftop were impressive. The pool is partly covered which means it would be pleasant to swim in the warmer months but unfortunately just a little too cold for us this time. Altogether a great place for reasonable rates and we will look to return next time on Phu Quoc"
