"This boutique hotel is steps away from the walking street and 3-5 min from Pattaya beach. It suits our need perfectly. Made-to-order breakfast is great. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. They drop off and pick up from boat station and snorkeling launch. Room may be a bit tight with wet shower/bathroom. Still very clean and cozy. "

"We knew it was small, especially for a family with 3 children, but we were there for the sea and beach. Nice common area and free tea and coffee acted as our kitchen. Fridge was shared and saved us lots of eating out. Deal breaker was day 7 coming to the room and seeing a rat on our bed. No sleep that night, checked out early.No refund."

"Probably one of our favourite hotels on our round the world trip. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They were waiting to pick us up from our ferry even though we didn’t tell them which one we were on, they then give you a free lift around to the hotel on a long tail boat. You’re right on the beach for sunbathing and snorkelling (free snorkels to borrow). The rooms are perfect and the views amazing.
