"This property is kept clean! My room was clean & the building appeared well kept. No elevator would be an issue for many & the stairs are somewhat steep and the step itself is short meaning your entire foot does not fit on step. Any physical issues or difficulties with stairs would be an issue for such clientele but physically stable & healthy are ok. Nice hotel close to busy part of Soi Buakhau you will less than 2 mins to street front. I think for the price it is a good bargain"
