"This was a good place to stay if your looking to be in the centre but also looking for good value for money. The room was really clean and the staff were lovely. The manger was really polite and helped us with all the questions we had. We are in our early 20's but got the best of both- close enough to scenic and relaxing places during the day and easy access to the nightlife. Even though it was in the centre there wasn't much disruption. We were happy and would return again."

"The hotel is in a great location. It's in the center of the resort and easy to walk around the resort. The staff were lovely, the breakfast had a good variety. Our room was steps away from the pool and clean. We would definitely stay here again. It's reasonably priced compared to others in the same location. We were met at the port and they escorted us to the hotel and carried our luggage. Great service. "

"Hotel has its own free longboat service to get help take you and your bags to and from the ferry. Walk to main part of town was short, only a tiny bit across the beach then on a path. Hotel room was nice. Pool area, bar area and bathrooms in need of some TLC."

"Really nice place to stay. Staff was quick at reception and great for pick up from the pier. At the pier they will flag you down, grab your bags and take them to the hotel for you. You'll follow them on foot for about a 10 min walk to the hotel. The room was clean, decent, modern renovations. The only issues was the shower head and faucet were in rough shape so they sprayed everywhere. Had a minor issue with ants in the room but as long as you don't leave food out you should be fine. "Booked a hostel bed for one night but when I arrived, all the beds were taken so agter a bit of confusion and waiting I was shown to a room in the hotel part of the chain, which was absolutely stunning. I only had to share with one other person which made this the steal of the century for a last min booking on NYE on Phi Phi. Definitely keen to book with the hotel again as it would be nice to have that beautiful room all to myself next time. "
