"This is one of the most outstanding hotels that I've ever visited, and the only hotel I've stayed at three times over. "Great stay , comfortable room.. i would suggest the family room would have been better placed into the double and single bed room as there room has much more space and with 1 double 1 single in there seemed alot of space wasted .. no window to open in the family room , with 4 people in there an open window would be great. The fire exit green light in the bedroom is WAY to bright. Overall lovely decor , clean room , friendly staff.. Thank you "

"I liked the historic interest in the property it would a good idea to offer a printed brochure showing some of the history of the structure. We did not like the shower set up the nozzle kept drooping down so it was a real Nuisance trying to shower"

"Perfect location at the beach, felt remote from the rest of the world, ideal for taking a short break. Our quadruple room (sea view to the side) was comfortable with all amenities and had two bathrooms. A door between the two bedrooms would have been better. The cooked breakfast had to be ordered, good variety of breakfast items available. The food served in the restaurant for dinner was also very good. "We love the Erskine Arms and have visited several times in the past few years. The rooms are very comfortable with nice beds and great showers. Some rooms lack storage however. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The bar area is great but can get busy with people eating there early evening. The food for both breakfast and dinner is excellent with a lovely varied menu. The hotel overall is very comfortable and friendly with a good atmosphere. "Lovely Weekend in Llandudno. We had not been before but weather was kind and the town was busy. The guest house was easy to find, welcome was warm and helpful. The room was a good size and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent with good choice and quality ingredients. "
