"I went with a friend for Oktoberfest in Munich but didn’t want to pay city prices; so that’s how we chose this. Pros: Price. Very quiet. The woman who checked us in was lovely. Lovely neighborhood. "Did not like the view since there is a Home Depot like center around. However in the other hand, there was a grocery store around open from 7am to 8pm and around 20min walk to the metro station. Very bad was the late check in to hotel since employees leave at 2pm. The login software wasn’t easy to navigate. We saw a lot of upset people during check in procedures. Would give here only one star. Otherwise 4 stars when employees available."

"Very clean, comfortable room. Nice bed and shower. It is very close to the University, but you should know that there isn't much else around. There is a small grocery store and bakery below the hotel, but for restaurants you'll need to take a tram. That said, the Augsburg tram system is very easy to use, and it's not far into the city center. But the hotel itself is great. I would definitely stay again."
