"The rooms and area was very spacious and super cleaned! We stayed 3 nights and on the first night i was able to shower with semi hot water then the second night comming from disney we tried to shower but the water was cold in both bathrooms. We were so super sweaty from the parks, super tierd and all we wanted to do was shower and go to bed so i called the front office and a women named Martiza or Marrisa told me she was going to contact the building engineer. Unfortunately he had already left....
