"The guesthouse itself is a nice property. It is very conveniently located near transit, restaurants, shopping and a Lidl. The room is a good size I was travelling solo and found it to be just right. nothing special just a basic room. "The perfect hotel for a mini break in Budapest. After lots of research I chose this hotel for location and that was definitely the right choice. It is beside the Ferris Wheel, an underground station, a bus stop (Bus 16 takes you to the Budapest district) and 5-10 mins walk to St Stephen’s Basilica. Check in was smooth. "It is located in such a convenient place! We walked to most of the places of interest. Being right at the edge of the Jewish Quarter the streets were full of restaurants and cafes. There is a supermarket within 2 minutes, and the bus stop from the airport is also only a few minutes walk. The flat was spacious (We took 2 bedrooms for 3 of us) and comfortable. The only complaint was a shower head which was not facing the right direction, but only a minor issue. People at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Overall very pleasant stay! "

"Although The Intercontinental isn’t the most attractive building, externally, in Budapest; it more than makes up for it with its superb location! Situated on the Danube Promenade, the view of The Chain Bridge and the magnificent, elevated Budapest Castle District across the river, is breathtaking - especially in the evening when the attractions are lit up. The impressive Parliament building is also just a short stroll away. The local area is bursting with options for dining out, shopping and transport links; whether you require the bus, the tram or the metro. The hotel boasts a pool and spa. The breakfast selection is excellent; offering choices of hot food as well as a huge variety of other options to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and efficient."
