"Having lived in Rothesay for a few years in the sixties I was familiar with the Glenburn but never stayed there. It is indeed a grand building with great sea views but showing its age in a few areas. It was built in the early 1800s so that's not surprising. Parking can be a bit restrictive as the property was constructed in the days of horse and carriage. Staff were courteous and the lounge area with the bar is very comfortable and spacious. I will definitely stay there again. Very reasonable rates as well. "

"A single overnight on a motorcycle trip. Accommodation was very comfortable and staff (Krista) was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with vegetarian accommodated no problem. Everything really clean and tidy with tea, coffee in room as well as shampoo & shower gel. View as you exit the font door is lovely. Would definitely stay again and recommended."
