"This is our second time staying here. Sign on the outside says staff only available until 12 noon every day. No one at the desk so I tried calling the number listed and no one answered. Finally a staff member showed up and came outside and called me as I was walking around the parking lot waiting for someone to answer the phone. Check in was then easy and room was all ready for us.
