"I had a medical emergency and never could get a hold of Expedia cancelations.There was a on line feature.. that told me that I wouldn't 't get any money back and said " if I wanted to cancel , press something and when I did it didn't accept it. I did call the hotel......who was very understanding ..to let them know we would not be there. I guess I will just work thru the hotel. Expedia did nothing....Very disappointed..."
