"Me and my wife had a wonderful stop over at the Lions. The accommodation is beautiful,with many original features maintained in the decor. "This was a beautiful period property decorated in a modern style. The furniture was lovely and the bed comfy. The shower was more than adequate and the fridge and hot drink making facilities were appreciated. Very clean. Gorgeous location overlooking the loch. Cafes serving breakfast were very close and the town was full of pubs and restaurants. We loved our stay here!"

Conference Overnighter

"Friendly welcome, smooth check in (used to be hotel receptionist so appreciate that all the more). Comfortable room with everything I needed - extra heater did make it a tad hot but OK once that off (woman of age with internal heating). Slept so well I overslept. Food at all conference events was great as was service. Slight issue with shower head pointing the wrong way and spraying the floor - operator error). Quick swim and steam refreshed me - had I not overslept, would have been down early doors. Noise from Rock City was not unreasonable - couldn,t find the suggested earplugs though - and I never go away to do the ironing - but a welcome addition."
