"My room had mosquitoes in it, and when I called the reception they told me that whole Jeddah has mosquitoes. I’m not sure they expect everyone to sleep with mosquitoes in the room. I got bitten a couple of times but I managed to kill 2 mosquitoes the next day. However the hotel was nice and in good location. I would have given it 5 stars if there were no mosquitoes, and I didn’t like how they handled the situation when I told them about it. "

"One of the biggest problem for this hotel that they don’t have enough people to serving customer specially in front desk. I toke almost 45 mints to check in and the room was fully booked till 6 pm so I checked in around 7 PM. "

"The property is gorgeous. I stayed in one of the apartments, which was huge and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything is a short, uber ride away. Employees were very attentive and professional. Excellent stay. The only thing to pay attention to is the name of the hotel. "Location is good, but the hotels suffers from lack of maintainance, wooden toilet doors are broken, walls paint peeled off. Electrical sockets were removed and coverd in an unsafe way. Also service is very bad. It took more than 1 hour to give towels when i requested (it wasn't existing in the room when i checked in) besides they said only one towel allowed.
