"We had an extended stay with our dog due to the fires. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We had a breakfast package which was very convenient. The room was nicely decorated and appointed, had a small fridge. TV was a SmartTV so we could log into our own NetFlix. We're very thankful we were able to stay here and would recommend it to anyone."

"We love this place, just environment and the space. But if you are expecting "Resort Like" facilities, this is not your place. We love this place because very close to our family's, convenience and safe environment. Not the facilities, bothroom needs to be updated, broken tiles n mold, peeling paint etc. Also, theres no front agent stand by at the desk. You have to wait or call agent loudly when you check in and out. I sent a message to let them know we arrive earlier than check in time and asked if its OK. Reply was "Got it" .. when we get there, we couldnt check in without fees, $20/hr before chexk in.Wish we received the details about the fees not just GOT IT, we could managed something else than just heading to the Hotel.. Customer service was not so good. Again, I repeatedly stay this place because close to our family. "
