My room when I first arrived had a slight smokey smell and they were so quick to address it I couldn’t have asked for better service. Location is great. The whole team are wonderful! "Please stay here! Sulli and the other members of staff were incredible! They were kind, helpful and went above and beyond with our stay even making us a map to help us navigate Hanoi. For that I absolutely cannot recommend this stay enough! We were given a free upgrade as the room was available and we got free drink coupons. The rooms were lovely, the location was perfect and the hotel was next to everything you could want. The breakfast was delicious and when we were getting an early bus to sapa they packed us a delicious breakfast for us to have on our travels. They helped with our bags and made us feel so at home. And for the price this was all absolutely so much more than we could have expected! "

"this is now one of my favorite hotels ever. Staff here was wonderful and we loved the package we bought...with club access and a dinner included. The spa was also good. The only thing I might give less than excellent marks on is the Wi-Fi. It worked, but not the greatest ever."
