Killiney Beach Holiday Rentals

"We were looking for a pet friendly room for a family of 6 people. This hotel exceeded our expectations. When we checked in they gave us little bags of treats for the pups. And when we got in the room and saw that there wasn't enough towels, I just went to the front desk to ask for more and they got more for us. No hassle or asking us to swap out old towels for new ones. We ended up booking the loft suite which was beautiful! The staircase in the room was such a nice feature. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Vernon."

"Everything was good except there was a weird smell that was in the hotel otherwise it’s really good. Also if the shower had a door and the bathroom area had the whole space including the mirror lockeable "

"We needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. "

"Traveled with my 2 teens. Lobby is very inviting, staff were great, water jug available. Sadly was not able to get a hotels.com gold member upgrade, was advised they were fully booked. Beds were comfortable, room was clean & spacious. The mini fridge is smaller then the average mini fridge which is difficult when staying for 3 nights. The middle of the fridge did freeze some of our food; I'm not sure if this was an issue with this unit. (I did let them know upon checkout - hopefully will be fixed or a sign to warn the next occupant). One of the front feet were also missing so the fridge itself was unstable. For the light sensitive sleepers, I found the room had minimal lights who h was nice. The alarm clock had 2 plugs & 2 USB plugs which I had never seen before - nice feature. The gym is located by the pool area. It's a great area with full weight set, bench, and various cardio machines. Pool is nice & clean, they could add some additional lounge chairs. Pool towels provided. There is a lounge, food was quite good reasonably priced. You can order room service but there is no traditional hotel book in the room with instructions on how best to do this so we just went down to eat. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer and gluten free buns for the burgers. Also has a coffee bar which offers Starbucks coffees and various drinks & quick food like chia pudding with berries, sandwiches etc. We'd definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is newer, very clean, and has fantastic staff. The restaurant on site is tasty with solid cocktails and a great BC wine list. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping went out of their way to help (seeing if anything was needed, keeping me in the same room when I needed to extend my stay, being kind and friendly, etc). The breakfast buffet is also fantastic and well worth it. The rooftop lounge is a wonderful way to unwind at the end of the day."
