"I booked the hotel as Address Dubai mall but the hotel was not the same although the name is the same. Apparently they sold one I know to another company so it was misleading. The staff were excellent however the breakfast is like 4 star hotel. I paid £1300 a night for a suit but breakfast did not justify it. Hamza from the lounge was an excelling staff member like all of them. "

Surprisingly, the room (suite 505) while clean and looked after appeared to contain millwork and finishes that were extremely dated, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of replacement. I am referring particularly to the closets, shelves, and built in furnishings. The room needed an upgrade!"

"I think this is the best option and most valuable hotel to stay in downtown Dubai. However, if they can change my bedsheets every other day, that would be even better. My sheets weren’t change even after my 7th night stay despite informing housekeeping.. Sigh.."
