"Nice and relaxing stay. The rooms are small but it has anything you need and it is clean. Free parking at the hotel, the gym is small but it does the job and the pool is good as well. The breakfast is really good! 6 minutes Walking distance from the River Kwai Bridge. Only feedback I have was that the water in the shower is either steaming hot or super cold and the AC fan would not change to the lower mode. Overall great stay and amazing service of staff! "

"The hotel is quite a long distance from Bangkok, but for a couple of nights it is worth a visit (and the 2-3 hour drive across from Bangkok). The setting on the river is beautiful. We have one of the rooms with the kayaks, and these are easily accessible/ readily available. The only drawbacks were that there really is nothing to do in the local area, and to get into the town centre the only option is to use the hotel's taxi service (no other local services or Grab options available). "Nice accomodation facing the river. The furnishing is dated but the bedding pillows are decent. As the room faces the river, the other side of the river has live band so it is not suitable for people who are light sleepers (do bring ear plugs). Staff are friendly and the place is clean."

"Nice place along the river in town. Short tuk tuk ride to all of the sights in town and train station. Wi Fi is ok but only allows one device at a time to be logged in. Staff did provide extra login codes on request. TV did not work but not a big deal since we were not here to hang out in room and watch TV."

"Very nice place - good location for walking to the centre and also out to the bridge. Staff are super friendly and the freebie food is delish. I was less keen on not having a sink in the same room as the toilet/shower but this is totally minor. Room comfy and super clean. "

"I like quiet location and not too far from all the hustle and bustle. Well maintained facilities. Loved the room and amenities. Although I’m not sure about the water bottle situation. I was asked where the water bottles were at checked out. They should post clear instructions about what they want guests to do about water bottles."

"This place has the feel of a 5 star resort that once was, years ago. It needs many repairs and a lot of cleaning, but most of all it needs solid leadership to make it a reputable place I would recommend for above average where it could be with simple cleaning and repairs. The dirt and grim are sustained deposits of neglect. Easy repairs exists (like simple door locks) abundantly. The area is profoundly beautiful and a great site to enjoy. The staff we interacted with were respectful and courteous."
