"Good little location. The river rooms were very nice and spacious. So much outside space with swimming options outside of room. The boat ride was awesome and we swam in river and floated down the river. Great experience. "

"We were the only 2 quests for 1st night /morning & the staff were fantastic, we could not ask for more. Room, bed ok spacious bathroom with no slip tiles, only concern doorway only about 180cm clearance, at 195cm hit my head a few times. Hotel is out in the Mulga, so car a must to get around. "Bungalow quite comfortable and spacious bed very firm but suited us. Stayed two nights and think we were the only ones there. Very quiet but that was fine with us. We were given a lift up to main road on our departure day. Negatives, no tea coffee facilities after breakfast and no bottled water on second day or housekeeping. "Terrible stay in my life experience. The electricity went out around 5pm and the hotel had no attendant after many attempts to contact them. Finally, decided to leave as it presented unsafe issue under 35 degree in temperature. Finally, a guy came in around 7:30pm with an emergency light and we gave the key back but could not get THB500 deposit back as the office was locked. On the following day, we contacted the hotel again and again while hotel.com also tried to contact them but without luck....

"This place has the feel of a 5 star resort that once was, years ago. It needs many repairs and a lot of cleaning, but most of all it needs solid leadership to make it a reputable place I would recommend for above average where it could be with simple cleaning and repairs.
