"Although this was a very quick stay for me, the room was very comfortable and the shower is nice. They even left me a croissant outside my door as I was leaving to the airport. Super friendly staff and it’s right above a coffee shop so very convenient for food"

"From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. The room was impeccable. The free shuttle to take you anywhere you wanted to go and return was a very nice touch. Would HIGHLY recommend the LUX...

There is no food at the restaurant but it is in walking distance of lots of local food and some cafés and a 7-11. "Came during off-peak season, so the serenity was more than we could ask for. Ao Nang beach is about 10 min drive away, while Krabi Town is about 25min away. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Their front desk is manned round-the-clock."

"The address given was to one Oasis, only to be told it was the other one we were at. Had to pay text twice. This one was near nothing, the beds were extremely hard, no cups, kettle. They did have 2 waters in the fridge. Nowhere to go unless you got a teddy or a scooter. Rooms dark, paired dark grey. When i used the translate to tell them we were checking out early and went, he just said ok and took the keys. Didn't check the room or anything. I messaged the property to tell them we were leaving early and why, still have not heard back and nothing shows our stay was shortened. Sent a second message today asking them to confirm the early check out. Was supposed to be 3 nights, we stayed one. "

"Very clean place, Nice people and affordable price for the period (mid November) It is a bit far from ao nang beach you will have to take a taxi that cost between 200-300 baht per ride so make your calculations and check if it worth it, Rooms are clean and beautiful, Bed is Hard and air conditioning need to be maintained because the air is not that cold .. Overall was great for the price and the people are nice , Thank you "
