"Pros: Property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good and hot and included eggs, bacon, pastries, waffles, cereal, fruit and orange juice, milk and coffee. Cons: Pillows were small and very hard, very uncomfortable! My husband and I did not sleep well because of this. "

The staff very friendly and helpful, the property is well maintained and clean, it is in a nice and quiet area, they have amenities that make working/living on the road capable such as: reasonably priced guest laundry, pool(seasonal) & fitness areas, business station in the lobby & capabilities in rooms, & a good selection of breakfast options."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons. The service was excellent, and our room was not only clean but also quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was very convenient, with many attractions just a short drive away. To top it off, we were lucky to have perfect weather during our visit, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel was actually quite great for the price and the location. Outside is a couple of rundown motels and its not the best location. But the staff and the hotel itself are amazing. The front desk staff always greet you upon entry and they never once made me feel unsafe or like I was bothering them. They were always so nice. My room was clean and everything was to my liking. Housekeeping wasnt invasive but you could ask for them to come more than once a day. Breakfast was included and they had coffee. Just an overall great experience. Truly recommend staying here for a cheaper get away/staycation. Lots of food options around and the mall is across the street as well. "
