Very convenient to Hanes Mall retail stores & $ choices for dining. My only criticism is that the breakfast could be better. But I would stay at this property again.

This is the single worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life. The sheets and bathroom were clean, but every other part of the room was dirty. The room reeked of cigarettes and the smell left an imprint on our clothes. Housekeeping never got around to our room, even on the 3rd day. I called the front desk, waited on hold for 15 mins, asked them for housekeeping and was told they had gone for the day (at 3 pm) This property is motel level at hotel prices. If I wanted a dirty hotel with no service, I would have saved $300 and stayed at a Motel 6.
