"Exterior is under renovations. I hope they take care of the interior next. Room furnishings are extremely worn out and the carpeting needs replacing. The chair in my room was busted and unsafe to use during my stay. Everything else with the room was fine. I will stay again. "

"The staff is very friendly and the property is very clean. The sheets are real cotton and the beds are not so high. It’s comfortable to sit on the bed. There are windows that can be opened to let in fresh air! I love that! A litte issue is that there isn’t enough room to put two toiletterie bags on top of the bathroom counter. The breakfast assortment is rather limited these are the negative parts. But I was informed that soon they will renovate the entire hotel. "

"I make 3-5 trips a year to this area to visit family and this is always my go to place to stay. I don't know if I've ever met a friendlier staff, especially at the front desk. And that's anytime of the day. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fine. I don't think there's a better place to stay for this price. "

"We really enjoyed the pool and the arcade, my kids were thrilled! i also enjoyed having free coffee and water available all the time. I also found the front desk staff (especially the nightime staff) to be really kind and friendly and accomodating to whatever we needed. The only thing i did not like was that in the room the shower did not drain properly and so water would pool inside the shower, also the heating system was extremely noisy. "We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The room was clean, quite large (I was pleasantly surprised) and it was very quiet. The front desk staff could have been a little more enthusiastic. The price was also a big win. The exterior of the hotel could use a facelift but I would stay here again. "

"Why would anyone stay in a hotel where you wake up to a parking lot full of traffic when you can see the sun rise over Lake Champlain for less money? Bluff point was everything I’d hoped and more. Getting to the room via golf car was a nice fun bonus. Highly recommend. "

"It was disappointing, I will never stay with them again! Room wasn’t vacuumed or dusted, bathroom had pupil hairs on toilet seat, floor and walls in bathroom were disgusting. Pubic hairs on the bed sheet! Wrappers under bed! Hallway floors were not vacuumed and the door to go into the place has not been cleaned in awhile! Pool was out dated and freezing it was like doing the polar plunge in January. I would not recommend this place and the continental breakfast was not great so we when to...
