"We had a one bedroom overlooking the river and downtown-fantastic view. Excellent location near the ferry and train. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was like being at home. Great front desk staff. They have a cupboard where you can get spare supplies anytime-towels, milk, laundry soap etc. Very accommodating to our requests. Water pressure excellent."

"I chose this property as it indicated the management was aware of accessibility issues. As an older woman with some mobility issues, accessibility is important. On the plus side, the property has a ramp as well as stairs at the front entrance. It provides a disabled spot in the car park. "Ivy and Eve Apartments is in a great location very close to the Southbank. However, our apartment had a number of issues on arrival; the balcony/terrace was flooded and there was no way to unblock it, the washing machine door would not shut so we couldn’t use it, and although the fridge lights and display were on the fridge and freezer were not chilling.
