And earlier in the morning when I needed to check a bag so I could head to work, Tony assured me my room would be available when I returned mid afternoon. "Our family stayed three days for a birthday getaway. It was wonderful! We got a suite and two separate rooms for our adult children and their spouses and children. Throughout the hotel it was very elegant in all areas from doorman, lobby, spa, bar, restaurant and elevators. There were eight elevators so no waiting or being shoved in with multiple other people. Loved that! The rooms were beautifully laid out, clean and very well maintained. The suite room had a large dining area with bay windows for more views and bar gallery. To be noted, the suite did not have a refrigerator or microwave in the room. All of our rooms the views were amazing. At night the lake and lights were so magical looking. The hotel’s lobby was large and spacious, decorated in ski lodge style. It was during early February when we went, not an issue because so many places to visit, shop and eat were within walking distance of the hotel. Our family enjoyed the experience of walking and sightseeing like tourists! Picture opportunities everywhere. I would highly recommend and we look forward to going again. "
