"Lovely stay. This is the second time we have stayed here and both have been fabulous. It’s in such a good spot near to Brighton centre, easily walkable and a very reasonable price. The staff laid on a funny rose petal design on the bed when we arrived (requested by me to make my partner laugh) and it was brilliant. Thanks so much. "

"Staff were friendly. Room was clean, shower was great. And as a lone female traveller i felt safe and secure. Bed was comfy and had mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. There was also fines in place for noisy unruly behaviour and smoking in the rooms which was good to see. I would definitely stay here again."

"Room itself was small, however had everything we needed and more. Second night was a little warm, however a fan is already provided in the room and this sorted the very minor inconvenience out straight away. The breakfast included is excellent and worth coming for alone, also parking passes make a huge difference as Brighton can be expensive in that regard. Overall a fantastic place to stay, would happily return. "
