"The place was clean. Excelente. Costumer services, they clean the room everyday , but need a little more details in clean. The headboard, was with dust and the table. Otherwise they are given excellent services. Toothbrush everyday. Water and coffee and te. "

"The room was clean and spacious for our family of 3. The staff was very helpful when services were needed. They assisted with check-in, car service to the airport, recommendations for the surrounding area, and answered any questions that we had. We were very close to a konbini and a three-minute walk to the nearest station. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Luggage space was limited. Having a washer/dryer was very helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with very nice staff. We loved the area."
