"Our go to when in the Naples area. Beautiful rooms, great pool, wonderful staff, and awesome outdoor bar. Only issue this time was asked for an early check in by 2 hours- I understand they’re not guaranteed- however when guests are waiting don’t think it’s too inconvenient to tell the housekeeping staff especially when working on that floor at the time to start with the room we wanted then continue on cleaning the rest of the floor. Not a huge ask here. This as opposed to working one end to the other and yes our room was at the other end…little common sense and customer service goes a long way. Chaulk it up to an off day. "

"With the exception of one member of the night crew, who was neither friendly nor respectful, the rest of the staff, housekeeping, and everyone in general treated us with kindness and respect and resolved any problems that may arise, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind. The cleanliness and atmosphere were excellent.thank you Robert and Grace for take care of us like a family."

"This resort was extremely clean and safe. There was a daily charge for parking, but parking was very close and convenient. The pool was large and clean, beach was well taken care off and water was gorgeous. We traveled with a 13 and 9 year old, kid friendly. Food was affordable and there was a nice selection. We ate “Buffett” breakfast most days. Staff was quick to answer any questions and help us obtain items we needed! We will return to this hotel :) "
