"Amazing room - huge space, great balcony, kitchen stuff needed for mornings, washer/dryer if needed. Property was great - people so helpful, bar & food by the pool and great staff for activities if you need it. Location was great for day trips l over the island. We went for day trips to black & green sand beaches, volcano national park for the day, Mauna Kea visitor center /hikes!! Great 4 day trip location & rent a car so worth it. Plenty of food spots to eat - parking is expensive in downtown Kona. Look for lots where the scan code has the restaurant you are going to and ask for validation to reduce costs of parking!!! "

"Wonderful ocean front location. Gated security. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub after the day’s adventures. Just note the fees stated that will be paid onsite. Grateful I noticed other reviews stated air conditioning has a separate fee. That wasn’t easily clear in the listing. We went early June and didn’t need A/C for our visit. "
