"Great pool and property "

"The Kauai Inn is full of charm. It's an older hotel (oldest in Kauai they told us) but the owner has made some key upgrades and the staff couldn't be an nicer. The sheets, towels, and bed were soft. The AC was cold and while the shower/bathroom was outdated, there was lots of hot water and nice water pressure. Honestly an updated bathroom wouldn't fit the vibe and charm of this place anyway. They had soft music playing and nice lights to light up the pool area at night. They have live music on certain nights (an excellent surprise!) and they had a nice fireworks display on NYE (also a nice surprise). As other reviewers have said-- there are cats and chicken and roosters. Not the hotels cats but strays and neighbor cats that like to come by to visit. There are peacocks and we even saw a wild pig nearby one evening. The view is absolutely amazing of the mountains. What put this hotel over the top was the staff. They made sure we are breakfast before checking out and we're genuine and kind. We loved the Kauai Inn and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Kauai."

"Staff, including housekeeping (Cathy & Lerma), Valet, Front Desk, & pool bar were friendly and efficient. The food and drinks at the pool bar are excellent and it’s located next to the pool/slide, so it’s easy to watch your kids while you relax, eat, & have a drink. This is our second stay here and we were upgraded each time, which was amazing. We are so grateful :) I highly recommend this resort and will be returning here with my family when we visit again :)"

"I had an amazing stay at Hotel Coral Reef! The property offers a fantastic ambiance and truly exceeds expectations in terms of service. Cleanliness: Good The hotel was generally clean, but there is some room for improvement in attention to detail, particularly in high-traffic areas. Nonetheless, the accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained. Staff & Service: Excellent The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were friendly, accommodating, and responsive to any requests I had. I would highly recommend Hotel Coral Reef for its outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere. Looking forward to my next visit!"
