They charge extra to park plus resort fee, that was a surprise. Only one hot tub was working, but it was not too crowded. The hula demonstration, and the hula and lei- making classes were outstanding. It wasn't pretentious at all, and overall very friendly and nice. Did not use any other "spa" facilities, so cannot comment.

Really enjoyed my time at this hotel. I was on a solo birthday trip, but they went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable. Pool area was beautiful and I enjoyed the 7am yoga that the hotel offered. My favorite thing was the pool bar and all the food selections were yummy. Only thing would be parking late at night, the lot gets full so it was hard to find a spot coming back late, but I had such an amazing time and the hotel is located close to many restaurants and conveniently on the beach. Thank you!

I like the pool hot tub area along with outdoor drink and food options. Access to the beach and resort activities. Room could've used a humidifier and a few updates but it appeared updates were being done around the resort.

Beautiful property with a very nice walkable beach within steps. 4 nice pools to sit around. Biggest complaint regarding pool area is lack of chairs. You literally have to go and scope them out in the morning if you want one. There is more than enough room for at least twice as many as are there. Overall, very nice experience and will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay but there is need for renovations to the property. Also, there was not enough staff for dining so they could not serve to capacity.

This property was just OK. The staff was friendly and we had no issues while there. The view was nice but the beach is rocky and not swimmable. We were hoping for more entertainment. They had live music every night, but we were hoping for more of a SHOW. Pools were nice, but if you go too late, you won’t get a chair.

Very nice, close to airport. Buffet breakfast great and not too expensive. Lunch menu at pool excellent, great sandwiches and wraps.

The overall experience was disappointing. The food was well below average, and we got food poisoning three times from items like burgers, fries, and the burrito. Although the food may look fresh, it’s made with very low-quality ingredients. To make matters worse, the person working at the cafeteria was visibly sick, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and guest safety. The property itself is quite old and in need of significant updates. The beach is unusable for swimming, which was a major letdown. Based on our experience, this is a 3-star hotel at best.

It was a pretty hotel. But underneath you could see that everything is getting worn. We stayed in 2 rooms because the first smelled oddly musty but the 2nd was better. Both rooms had broken tiles and torn carpets and were wet in the hallways though. We had an ADA room. I did enjoy the pool area and they had a pool lift which worked.
