"We asked for coffee 4 times and We were told we would get it but then we did ot. The last time the counter person told us unless we opt in for a room cleaning we will not get more coffee. We were trying to save them from having to clean our room each day but that was the only we apparently we can get coffee."

"This stay was phenomenal. The villa is incredible and has an unreal view of the city. The staff is lovely, and the amenities are great. My only feedback would be paying for electricity - a bit ridiculous and expensive, be aware. Other than that, wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"Beautiful hotel, we upgraded to the supercar theme 2 bed suite for our vehicle mad children - the attention to detail with the theming is fantastic - even the ceiling fan had finish flag print all over. 5 & 8yos enjoyed some time in kids club, especially the rock climbing & cookie making - Otto and his team are so lovely with the kids. "Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We have 3 kids and there were so many activities for them to do. The pool is amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The apartments are very well stocked and it gelt like a home away from home. Nice and quiet location but still lots to do"

"was very nice and clean, room.layout is abit bizarre however, like this bed/couch unmovable construct in front of the main viewing window..im not certain what its for other than blocking access to the window, has nonbackrests to sit on, and there is no coffee table in front of couch if you want to drink coffee and set it on something.. only a small table in puny kitchen with rock hard chairs.. everything else is really good "

"We had a supreme garden villa with a plunge pool. We arrived early at the resort before lunchtime. Our room wasnt ready so we had early lunch at the restaurant. There was no welcome drink considering reception were not busy so no excuse. After lunch we had to wait over 2 hours for our room. "No shuttle to Old Town; bartender at swim up bar was slow (made my piña colada and didn’t pour in glass but left it forgotten - in front of me - for at least 10 minutes!) and didn’t know how to mix a Martini. Other than these, the place was excellent and deserves a 5 star rating "
