Kashar is a suburb of Tirana, a taxi to the centre costs about £10. The local area is light industrial rather than touristy but the hotel is lovely especially if you have your own transport.

"What a loveley place to stay. We were upgraded to a suite which was a real treat, the bed was enormous and so comfy we slept really well. After exploring the city all day on foot a hot soak in the jacuzzi bath was perfect. Every body was welcoming, breakfast had a good choice well cooked and presented. ..."
