Very clean and spacious apartment, ideal for family stay. Location is good, with easy access into central Tirana , the nearby lake or getting out of town for excursions. Facility wise, it would be nicer if the balcony is facing the lake rather than inner court. Swimming pool/ hot tub are a bit expensive to use.

The staff was excellent! They were very helpful. They assisted me and getting a taxi to the airport and help me to go to the wellness center. The wellness center is an extra charge, but I hear you it is entirely worth it. They have wonderful spa, pool, hot tub, and full gym with everything you could need for a great workout. The Rooms are in a perfect location to easily walk to all the sights of Tirana. Brilliantly equipped with everything you need and Jordia was always on hand if we needed anything. Highly recommended.

Immaculate. Spacious perfect for family of 4. Close 15-20 minutes walk to centre. Would recommend. Lots of cafes underneath apartments. But there is no pool and no gym as it describes on hotels. Com. Which is false advertising and very disappointingeven you get there with kids and the reason you booked it. You will get an email from the premises to say you will be charged extra £15 each to use these facilities. When we were there this facilities were not even available. Pool Empty and gym equipment outside, as they had been bought by another company. Staff member was helpful and it was not her fault. But it definitely should not say on the hotel .com that there is a pool, a spa or a gym. Very disappointed about that.

The apartment was beautiful with everything that we needed for a super holiday. The location was great and there are a number of supermarkets, nice restaurants and fruit sellers nearby. Jordina the Rooms manager was very kind and organised a driver to pick us from the airport which was wonderful. The apartment was very close to town and also next to a lovely park. I thoroughly recommend the Rooms for a stay in Tirana.

I booked this place for my parents and my my aunt, three elderly people who are not easy to please and they LOVED every minute at this place.
