"They informed me that they can't take the credit card for payment therefore I had to go to the bank and withdraw money. when I arrived, The room was tidy but It was too cold. i couldn't sleep. i also found out that bin in toilet was full. i guess that they forgot to empty the bin. i would never recommend this hotel in winter season. "

"I was promised a room "on the ground floor" which is what I requested because I have arthritis in my knees and have a problem walking up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a normal ground floor. To get to your room on the ground floor you have to negotiate 5 stairs down and then 5 stairs up; that made each trip to and from my room a painful experience."

"Hotel má velice krásnou polohu na kopci. Výhledů jsem se nemohla nabažit, z každé strany je k vidění něco zajímavého: rozhledny, město, letiště. Opravdu hezké místo. Pokoje čisté a pěkné, já měla balkon a ten byl také fajn. Personál jsem zažila dvě směny. Jedna byla profi fajn, ale druhá nic moc. Unylá slečna na snídani a paní recepční, co v pracovní době učí žáky cizí jazyk či co a když ho neučí, tak si povídá s unylou slečnou, že už jsem na snídaní dost dlouho a že snad už půjdu. "Lovely stay. Was slightly confused with the parking but turned out I was able to park in the large public carpark opposite (I hope anyway). Very comfortable room with TV and fridge. Receptionist spoke very good english which was nice. Comfy bed. Good shower. Couldn’t fault it honestly, was great value too and in walking distance to the town. "
