"I was promised a room "on the ground floor" which is what I requested because I have arthritis in my knees and have a problem walking up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a normal ground floor. To get to your room on the ground floor you have to negotiate 5 stairs down and then 5 stairs up; that made each trip to and from my room a painful experience."

"We spent a fantastic long weekend in the Humboldt Park and Spa Hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the staff super friendly and the room was extraordinary. We felt like royalty in the spacious, clean , modern and super comfortable room with an extra TV/living room, big bathroom with tub, extra guest bathroom and bedroom with sitting area.
