"We had a fantastic three-day stay at Han Cave Suite with a complimentary room upgrade. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. "The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful, specially a young lady, whose name I don’t remember, who helped my wife in making the right decisions. She was very knowledgeable, well mannered, pleasant, a great listener, and overall very helpful. Breakfast was great, with many options. The terrace was a great place to have breakfast and watch balloons and sunrise. All in all a great experience!!!"

"We had a large and very comfortable room. The breakfast was excellent and there is a nice sitting area on the rooftop. This hotel is in a great location to watch the launching of the hot air balloons, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Very good value for cost. Location a bit far from the centre but we liked the quiet surroundings and ease of parking/access."

"The owner is an exceptional individual. He was very helpful upon arrival and offered various tours and a balloon ride. I appreciated his quick response upon booking the reservation as I needed a low floor for my elderly parents which he immediately helped with. "The hotel was very nice and the room was pretty. However, it was not functional. There was no place to put suitcases and no drawers to put clothes in. The breakfast on the roof top was excellent and the young lady cook was very friendly and a good chef. The location was a bit far from city center if you’re not a mobile person (old like me). The staff was helpful and this is a great place to watch the balloons."

"Perfect spot for viewing the balloons if weather allows! Just keep note they will Charge a fee of 30 liras each to go to the top for the iconic view. Place is well Kept clean but note that it’s hard to Find Ubers so I would suggest booking day tours to have someone show you around! "

"Our stay at the Paradise Cappadocia Hotel was amazing and surpassed our expectations. We felt very welcome and well taken care of by all of their hospitality staff. We came to Cappadocia with a very rough itinerary however, Umut (the hotel owner) helped us put together a magnificent one for our 3 day stay. We got to see the most important and beautiful parts of the city, and he made sure we were enjoying every bit of it. All his restaurant, gift shop and pottery workshops recommendations were spot on! All thanks to him we were able to attend a sunrise hot balloon ride for a very well off price and it was the most amazing experience ever! Thank you so much Umut for looking after us during our stay, you really made the difference and we will forever appreciate your hospitality! :) Best regards, E & K "
