"Excellent location. The receptionists were amazing! The room was very clean. The decor was very nice. Rooms are spacious. The balcony is serene. Only a small issue: not all toiletry items and tea supplies were replenished daily. For example the hair shampoo was replenished but not the conditioner and body wash. Also there was only one set of toothbrush/toothpaste was there for 2 of us. But these were minor and overall the hotel is beautiful and the staff ( especially the the receptionists both...

"Such a great hotel! Clean, comfortable and modern rooms, great location as it’s so close to the galata tower and so many other attractions. Really friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. A special shoutout and thanks to the hotel manager, Rafi, who throughout the whole stay was a delight and even posted the luggage that I mistakenly left at the hotel back to us. Would definitely stay again. I also want to mention that we felt completely safe as two young female travelers alone."

"My day was amazing. This was my second time staying at this property in Istanbul and I have to say it was as expected. The location was very central and I could see the Galata Tower from my room places like Taksim Square were walkable. The host was very accommodating and helpful.
