This last stay was marred by unacceptable construction noise on bloc 2, story 2. Cons: staff are forgetful (they forgot about preparing breakfast which we requested and we starved on the way to the airport), the on-sit bar plays clubbing music very loud all night, wifi in the room is poor, laundry service ruined my clothes which we complained and they said they can’t do anything about (not even a refund for the service), there’s absolutely nothing around here hotel. "We (2 adults and 3 children) booked 4 nights at this place and left after the first night. It was a traumatic experience for our kids. Let me tell you why.. First off both pools were closed even if we were there in the middle of June. We never got an explanation why. We mainly booked the apartment because of the pool. Second off the whole place was so sunky and old, it even smelled old. The place had a lot of bugs and also big cockroaches. Felt so unpleasant to sleep here and our children...

We go a lot to other all inclusives in Morocco, this was our worst experience ever. "
