Everything was clean and well-maintained and hotel staff was extremely welcoming, kind and polite and we felt like honored guests the whole time. We could even see the Kamado Jigoku from our bedroom window and from our garden, we also had a great view of the city and was greeted with an extremely beautiful sunrise each morning! Not a big deal though because you could just go downstairs and shower in the on site hot spring. The Rooms had a great view of the city and the sea. Overall pretty decent place."
