"The staff and management is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were subpar but clean enough. No aircon which was fine but no hot water either. The showers were non functional and no buckets were provided till requested. The property is isolated and tough to find. However for the price and for someone seeking a secluded no frills stay with kind and helpful staff I recommend the hotel."

"Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds. Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. Simply Amazing!

"We had an amazing stay at Jetwing Lake. What a beautiful and unique property with a stunning pool! It was so easy to visit Sigiriya and the Eco Park from there. The staff were amazing. And the food was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets each night. A very big thanks to the amazing staff who always went out of their way to make out stay even more amazing: Imantha, Ekanayake, Shan, Ashada, Kasun, Udithi, Halangoda, Madushan, Trileeshiya, Gimhani, Priyantha, Rizky, and the best from the housekeeping team, Sampath. "The architecture was superb with the hotel beautifully blending into the nature! I think I had the best night sleep in this hotel as the place was so quiet and pleasant. Also getting to see some monkeys freely wondering around the facility was very refreshing too! I loved the pool so much that I could stay there the whole afternoon! It is located fairly closely to the Sigiriya Rock so was pretty accessible after our hike. Would definitely come back again!"

"Loved our stay at Eden Garden whilst visiting the cultural triangle. Room clean, comfortable and spacious. All of the staff were excellent. Helped us organise trips in the area (Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya and Eco-park safari) as well as onward transport to our next destination. Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner was served with a smile and tasted amazing. Highly recommend rice and curry (various choices), served with different vegetable side dishes and sambal. We didnt feel the need to dine anywhere else the food was so good. Hotel also offered laundry service which was reasonably priced. Convenient location, 10 minute walk to Dambulla centre where you will find a choice of banks, Cargills supermarket and various shops."

"Terrible conditions in the room. There were bugs, old towels and torn bed sheets. Did not have adequate hot water. Faucet controls were falling off. One of two air conditioners was not working. Pool was not usable, the water was cloudy. This property should be delisted from hotels.com. "
