"Reserved and paid for a room with balcony and mountain view. Got a view of a back wall and no balcony instead. Was offered a more expensive river view room - but had to pay for it so i re booked. Didn't get a refund for the fake room. Feel cheated."

Room was not prepared when we arrived, staff didn't know and had to call the owner first ... never again !!"
