"Convenient location, located just a short walk away from old town Ipoh and about 10-15 minutes walk from the Ipoh train station. Within the hotel lobby is a convenient store, and just next door is a historical restaurant pub. Further a little ways is the old town which hosts many eateries, cafes, shops, and tourist spots. Hotel is newly refurbished, and the rooms are clean and tidy, modern looking, and cozy with a great view overlooking Ipoh city and the Kinta river. The sheets and pillows were spotless, the bathroom was clean and well stocked with basic toiletries, however, the room does not have a mini fridge. Check-in and out was a breeze, and the staff and receptionist were incredibly courteous and friendly. All in all, a perfect hotel for a quick getaway in Ipoh with easy access, comfortable rooms, and perfect location."

"Stayed in the family and friends suite. Biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Family loved it. Very convenient water dispenser. Hot, cold and warm water. Roomy bathroom with tub and shower. Close enough to Ipoh center. Far enough to be quiet and peaceful. "

"It was good, cleanliness surrounding the grout of bathrooms and luggage benches needed to be wiped on general rubbing marks. The swimming pool, and general flooring/ hidden areas should be better attention to cleaning, not just glossing over - The hotel is only 5 yo, and the effort of polishing/ cleaning of public areas, or wall paints needed better protection of weather - generally maintained to good standards. Thank you."
