"this is second time back to this hotel and different room. noticed some changes, this package include 2hr Onsen dipping session which is very relax and refreshing. Negative : most of the rooms are typically small, no sound proof (can hear voices next door), poor room management (no towels, water bottles, shampoo), some rooms are dirty and lack of maintenance especially for those rooms built with woods, no side table in the room and bathroom to place our stuff which is very inconvenient."
