"Loved the 2 bed apartment, without doubt this would receive 5 stars if it wasn’t for the terrible sound proofing between floors. I was kept awake for 2 out of 3 nights because of noisy people in the apartment above. You could even hear chairs being moved. Otherwise it was a great spot, small grocery store on ground level that sells most everything you need on holiday. For consideration you are only provided one set of keys so if traveling with a group, enquire with the hotel first. "

"Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall. "

He was very good, very attentive, checking if everything was ok I was extremely pleased with his service and happy personality. "We book two appartments for two nights, both are bad. Water is running slow that you can't take a shower. The worst is NO water in the morning. Two beds with flea. Appartments are heavily bad smell. Air con of the bedrooms are working. Overall poor condition and dirty. Staff are helpful and willing to address our issues. They arrange another room in the second night, but they should not move our belonging to another room without notifying us. You can get a better place with this price. Never...
